Easter Bunny Lunch & Easter Egg Scramble – March 15, 2008

The Shelby PRM Department was the host to a yummy lunch for area families who enjoyed a pizza meal, entertainment and a visit from everyone’s floppy-eared friend, the Easter Bunny.  This annual event takes place at the Shelby Community Center.  After lunch the Easter Bunny hopped over to River Bends Park to meet children waiting to scramble for goodie-filled eggs.  Despite the cold weather and snow on the ground over 300 children and their families took part in the festivities.
