On Saturday, October 17 the Shelby Township Municipal Grounds was abuzz with over 500 little ghouls and goblins, princesses, superheros, animals, fairies, and lots of other costumed cuties. The Parks and Recreation Department, with the help of sponsors Goddard School and DTE Energy, provided games and goodies galore as well as a costume parade and a dance performance by students of Deborah’s Stage Door.
Volunteers from Eisenhower High School’s Key Club did their part to make the event a success by handing out refreshments, painting faces and running games.
Our volunteer photographers, Ronda and Gary Leideker took the fabulous photos below. If you are interested in obtaining a higher quality free digital copy of any of these photos, please contact the Parks, Recreation and Maintenance Department at shelbyprm@shelbytwp.org or by phone at 586-731-0300.
If you would like to contact the Leidekers directly for free digital copies of these or photos from other Parks and Recreation events, please e-mail them at ShelbyPhotoCouple@live.com
