On Saturday, March 27 the Shelby Parks, Recreation & Maintenance Department hosed its annual Easter Egg Scramble at River Bends Park.  Wirth the assistance of the Shelby Macomb Kiwanis Club and the Aktion Club over 700 children scramble for goodie filled eggs.  The weather was chilly but coffee and hit chocolate from Caribou Coffee kept everyone warm.
